Hey Lovelies

Today am bringing you an easy recipe to try for breakfast tomorrow Pancakes!!! I love pancakes because they are easy to prepare tasty and filling. There are different methods to achieve this, I for one, usually make mine without butter or baking powder to keep it light and I like to use a non stick pan. Some people like to add a tiny bit of vanilla essence for flavor and smell, some prefer the banana pancakes or berry pancakes.

The beauty of food is how well you can present them each time, am a foodie and I don’t like a routine taste (whats the fun in that), I Love difference, I love surprises (good ones though) and that’s lifestyle. If you are like me then you might want to spice up your routine; Here’s a pancake recipe that you need to try out Asap!!!

 

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 eggs (beat)
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter (melt in a separate pot on the stove or use a microwave).
  • 1 1/3 cups of milk.

To garnish you can create a smiley face you can also use syrup or berries(strawberry,raspberry,grapes) or bananas or cream (whip cream) or honey or melted chocolate etc. Some people love it with jam others with a sprinkle of brown sugar all this is to make it taste and look different and more presentable.
