The Lagos Police Command has arraigned Yoruba filmmaker, seun Egbegbe for the alledged criminal offence of theft at Computer Village Ikeja, this report is according to PUNCH.
The film producer was arraigned on Thursday before the Ikeja Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing nine iPhones at a store in computer village.
You would recall that the filmmaker was mobbed before he was handed over to the police on tuesday, where he was reported to have run away with the stolen items.
The Film producer had released a statement on Wednesday refuting the allegation stating that he was presently in his home relaxing. He also added that the case had been resolved by the Nigerian police and that the reports of stolen phone was “Devillish”.
Punch reports that Seun Egbegbe was never at home, instead he was in police custody up until his arraignment in court which happened today.
