  • Assorted sets of sew on rhinestones
  • One rhinestone or crystal brooch

Materials

Materials

You begin by squeezing your glue onto a wooden spoon. Then use your toothpick to apply a generous amount of glue to the back of the largest rhinestone.

Step 1

Step 1

Then go ahead to glue the larger rhinestones onto the felt, working from the center out. Continue adding smaller crystals and rhinestones to the pattern. The tweezers may come in handy for the smaller pieces and harder to reach areas.

Step 2

Step 2

If you achieve the desired shape completely, add the brooch or button to the center with more glue. Then allow to dry for a couple of hours. After this, use a sharp pair of scissors to cut around the pendant, leaving about two millimeters of space around the perimeter.

Step 3

Step 3

At this stage, you should find a place to leave extra space at the top, on either side, to attach the chain. Then using a hole punch, pierce two small holes into the corners of the felt.

Step 4

Step 4

Open the jump rings with the piers, attach the felt and then close it around the end of the chain. Repeat this process on the opposite side. If the pendant is too heavy and the felt holes are pulling too much, add grommets to quickly fix it.

Step 5

Step 5

This becomes your finished or complete crystal pendant necklace.
