What You’ll Need To Tackle The Flake: Tea tree oil and Regular color safe shampoo

What You Would Do:  Squeeze an amount of the shampoo unto your palms and add tree oil, massage unto your damp hair and allow to sit for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly, then add conditioner.

Why This Works: Tea tree oil is known for its natural antiseptic properties that aids itchiness and dryness. When you add this essential oil to a non-sulfate free shampoo what you get is scalp relieve that wouldn’t harm or damage your newly dyed frocks.

Pro-Tip: Remember to dilute the oil with your shampoo and do not add too much because the tea tree oil on its own is potent, this means adding too much can cause extreme drying tendencies.
